Rostrum Camera

The most common uses for the rostrum camera are rayograms, stop frame animation, title sequences, slit scans and masking. The rostrum has a 16mm and 35mm gate and colour video feed to monitor.

no.w.here runs a day workshop on the rostrum camera for £55. This is a full introduction to the equipment and to be entitled to use the camera you must have completed this course. Booking access to the facilities then costs £110 for the year. This includes free and subsidised access to other pieces of no.w.here equipment also. More details of this can be found under ‘membership’.
