When alone in the bathroom, absorbed into a solitary world disconnected from the outside, perhaps even ordinary people have thought of writing some immoral or delusional idea on the wall. Zhou Xiaohu's Mirror Room turns this delusion into a claymation. In the end the man creates a symmetrical image of himself on the other side of the mirror, and gives it a German-style salute. The mirror is something that sees and is seen, but this space is more like the man is carrying on an internal dialogue with himself.
